Working across Tabb, Network Assembly, Decision Intelligence, Project Architecture and Programmable Settlement, he translates ambitious product visions into robust technical foundations that can support the entire lifecycle of media projects. A full-stack software engineer with expertise spanning web, mobile and cloud technologies, Freedom combines deep technical knowledge with a passion for mentorship and community development. Alongside his engineering work, he has served as a tutor and mentor, helping emerging developers build practical skills and confidence. His ability to balance long-term architectural thinking with hands-on delivery helps ensure our products remain adaptable, resilient and ready to scale.

Dillon bridges advanced blockchain architecture with full-stack engineering to build secure, scalable infrastructure for creator platforms. Working at the intersection of decentralised technologies, modern web development, and AI systems, he designs robust technical foundations that support transparent and creator-centric media tools. With more than 12 years of experience, Dillon has architected and deployed multiple production-grade Web3 and Web2 applications with real user adoption across DeFi, NFTs, and interactive experiences. At Lunim, he focuses on integrating decentralised storage solutions such as Sia and sophisticated permissioned streaming capabilities into the Creator Media Vault and Tabb ecosystem. His work emphasises on-chain integrity, creator sovereignty, and durable systems that allow innovative media projects to scale with trust and clarity.

Ploy has a multidisciplinary background spanning journalism, television production, digital media, and design. Her experience working on international media projects developed strong skills in research, storytelling, stakeholder engagement, and translating complex information into clear and meaningful experiences. She is passionate about understanding people’s needs, behaviours, and decision-making processes through user research and user-centred design. Her work focuses on creating accessible, inclusive, and intuitive digital experiences that support diverse users and perspectives. At Lunim, Ploy contributes user research, design thinking, and human-centred design practices to help shape products that connect people, projects, and opportunities while supporting informed decision-making and collaboration.

Aksinia has a background in international journalism and global media, where she developed a strong instinct for editorial rigour and strategic thinking in product design. During her Master's, she wrote her dissertation on the impact of blockchain platform interfaces, which was an early reflection of her interest in how technology shapes human experience. Aksinia has now transitioned from journalism into product design, where she applies the same instinct for communication and audience understanding. In her work, she particularly enjoys integrating AI tools and using emerging technology to sharpen both her process and her output.

Reed helps PE/VC-backed and founder-led technology-enabled, payments and subscription software businesses improve clarity and focus to become more scalable and profitable. He has more than 30 years of experience in strategic financial planning and leadership, budgeting/forecasting, pricing, analysis and strategy execution. With an emphasis on people, process and technology, Reed provides clients with crucial insights that drive growth. He helps clients increase the value of their company through key “scale up” initiatives, including technology implementations, financial leadership, team building, managing acquisitions, monitoring key performance indicators and aligning company-wide focus with financial success. Reed is always looking for unique ways to help clients grow, be more efficient and see around the corners to what is coming next. Reed received his Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Auburn University. When he is not at work, Reed is a Peloton enthusiast and enjoys traveling, exploring the outdoors and spending time with his family.

Dan is a business development and growth leader working at the intersection of technology, client strategy and operational transformation, with a deep focus on helping organisations modernise, scale and build lasting value. His background spans enterprise technology consulting, managed services and digital transformation, alongside decades of experience supporting financial services institutions and community banks through complex change and growth initiatives. Dan’s approach is grounded in relationship-driven leadership and practical business execution, combining strategic insight with a clear understanding of what clients need to improve performance and sustain growth. At Lunim, he leads U.S. business development, helping expand the company’s presence while ensuring its work remains rooted in trust, innovation and real client impact.

Sareen's background spans marketing, communications and people-focused work, with a particular interest in how human behaviour shapes the way audiences notice, trust and choose. At Lunim, she focuses on turning that understanding into clear, compelling storytelling - pairing a psychology-led view of what makes communication land with hands-on experience building AI-driven content and automation workflows. She is drawn to the space where creativity, behavioural insight and emerging technology meet, and to work that helps complex ideas become things people genuinely believe in. Sareen is a psychology graduate (BSc, Cardiff University) working at the intersection of behavioural psychology, marketing and AI.

Antonio Zhivkov leads our Technical Previs team, or as we call it, Foundational Prototyping - the process of turning scripts, storyboards and ideas into interactive 3D environments that can be explored and refined before production. Specialising in Unreal Engine and virtual production workflows, he helps directors develop blocking, camera language and visual storytelling while identifying opportunities and challenges early in the creative process. His work extends beyond previs, producing technical, budgetary and creative outputs that support cinematography, lighting, costume, hair and make-up, and production teams. Having previously worked with Squint/Opera and Imagelab on high-end visualisation and immersive experiences, Antonio brings a rare combination of real-time technology expertise, cinematic thinking and production-focused problem-solving.
